CCTV. POS. Networking. Automation. Web development. JoSho IT is the one-stop IT department for small businesses that need enterprise-grade infrastructure without the enterprise price tag.
Complete security camera systems — from site survey to installation to remote monitoring setup. We've secured convenience stores, restaurants, retail shops, and offices across Boston and Maine.
Point-of-sale installation, configuration, and integration. We set up the hardware, connect it to your inventory, and make sure every transaction flows smoothly from register to report.
LAN/WAN design, Ethernet cabling, WiFi deployment, router configuration, VPN setup. We've built networks for single offices and scaled them across multiple locations.
WhatsApp API integration, lead management, automated follow-ups, email workflows. We built a CRM system that processes 1,000+ leads per month for a client that grew from 3 to 27 employees.
Business websites, web applications, and custom software. From a simple landing page to a full-stack platform with user auth, dashboards, and API integrations.
Ongoing support with real SLAs. Critical issues get a response within 4 hours. We monitor, maintain, and fix — so you never have to think about your infrastructure.
We listen. Understand your business, your pain points, your budget. No generic pitch — we diagnose the actual problem before proposing anything.
Clear scope, clear pricing, clear timeline. You'll know exactly what you're getting, when you're getting it, and what it costs. No hidden fees.
We show up with a backpack and get it done. Cables run, cameras mounted, systems configured, software deployed. Hands-on, start to finish.
Full walkthrough, documentation, and training. Then ongoing support with real response times. Your infrastructure is our responsibility.
It started with a ₹2,000 laptop repair. Then Sijoy built our website. Then became our entire IT department — LAN/WAN across 3 offices, CCTV surveillance, CRM automation processing 1,000+ leads a month. He literally fixed our AC too. CLC Abroad grew from 3 to 27 employees on infrastructure Sijoy built alone.
JoSho = John + Shobha. Named after my parents — the two people who gave me everything I needed to start building. I named my company after them, because everything I build is built on the foundation they gave me.
I started fixing laptops in Vasai, Maharashtra when I was 19. Moved to Boston for my MS at Northeastern. Saw a technician charge $250 for a 2-hour camera job. Started doing it better. Word of mouth spread. Now JoSho IT serves 50+ small businesses — convenience stores, restaurants, retail shops, PropTech startups — across Boston and Maine.
The dual capability is the thing nobody else can do: I can write a Python automation script and run Ethernet cable through a wall in the same afternoon.
We arrive with a backpack and solve the problem. On-site, hands-on, no excuses.
Your infrastructure is our responsibility. If it breaks, we fix it. Period.
Clear scope, clear cost. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices, no hourly padding.
We don't install the cheapest option. We build systems that work for years.
