2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Website Development & Design Services

If the project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

If the project is in progress but less than 50% completed, a partial refund (up to 50% of the total amount) may be issued based on the work completed.

No refunds will be issued once the project is more than 50% completed.
2.2 Digital Marketing, SEO, & Paid Advertising Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced.

If a cancellation request is made before the campaign starts, a full refund may be issued.

If services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued for the completed period of work.
2.3 Branding & Graphic Design Services

If the project is canceled before design concepts are delivered, a full refund may be issued.

Once initial design drafts have been shared, only a partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted.

No refunds will be provided once final files have been delivered.
2.4 AI Automation & Software Integrations

If a project is canceled before implementation begins, a full refund may be issued.

Once AI solutions or integrations have been deployed, no refunds will be provided due to the complexity of setup and execution.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

Custom software development or integrations

Completed projects where deliverables have been handed over

Subscription-based services or retainers after the billing period starts

Any third-party service costs (advertising spend, hosting fees, etc.)
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@joshoitsolutions.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated through your payment provider without following our refund process, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and take necessary legal actions.
